I ‘m finally able to appreciate Van Gogh’s vibrancy with his colors. This painting is one of my favorites of Van Gogh’s work — I think because it reminds me of the hills, the farmland throughout my area that I love — “vibrancy” — yes, the energy of the land – the work – everything pulling the eye up into that work.
