Carrie,You stole my line :o)I would have guessed Rainbow Trout because of the pretty colors.There is nothing as great as fresh fish.Beef…it doesn’t really matter so much….but fish….they are like strawberries. Fresh picked and fresh caught….are spectacular!

i was going to ask what kind of fish it was too, since i only know what it is when packaged and labeled and in the cold section at the grocery store.
