I AM: a goofy person.

I SAID:  Tomorrow I WILL get up earlier.

I WANT:  to lose weight.

I WISH:  it were easy to do.

I HATE:  being lied to.

I MISS:  my mom.

I FEAR: my heart hardening to sin.

I HEAR: YoYo Ma playing the cello.

I WONDER: where the day went.

I REGRET: playing Spider Solitaire too much.

I DANCE: in the kitchen.

I SING: with a hairbrush in the bathroom.

I CRY: pretty easily – Hallmark commercials will do it.

I AM NOT ALWAYS: cheerful.

I MADE: a lot of mistakes homeschooling.

I WRITE: in my head, all the time.

I CONFUSE: affect and effect.

I NEED: lots of hugs.

I SHOULD: start making breakfast for the family again.

I START: with enthusiasm and buoyancy.

I FINISH: *when* I finish, I’m exhuberant.

I BELIEVE: God is faithful and true.

I KNOW:  I can trust Him.

I CAN: play the piano by ear.

I CAN’T: play Chopin very well.

I SEE: a floor that needs washing.

I BLOG: because it’s fun.

I READ: because I can’t not read.

I FIND: great quotes in books, magazines and other blogs.

I LIKE: finding and sharing quotes.

I LOVE: truth, beauty and goodness.

  1. Never heard of a ‘meme’ before.  Did you read Andree Seu’s recent article about self-affirmation groups?  It reminded me of the Psalmist:  Why are you cast down o my soul?- and he takes himself by the shirt and says,to himself, -I will yet hope in God….
    This ‘meme’ seems like it could be a good exercise of Philippians 4:8.
